Getting Started

Logging into ONENumber

  • In your web browser, click on the login tab in the navigation bar.
  • From the home page, enter your number and password as shown below, then click “Login”

  • Note: the Number field is your 10 digit phone number, without dashes or spaces. Also your password is case sensitive.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please contact Customer Support via web or by phone at 389-4242 (Clovis area), or 1-800-432-2369 (toll free) .
  • The Portal Dashboard page is displayed after login.You are now ready to start using ONENumber.

How to use call forwarding

For ONENumber Basic, Call Forwarding must be setup.

For ONENumber Preferred and Premium, if call forwarding is turned off, Voicemail will answer the call.
            Note: with Premium, you also gain Selective Call Forwarding, and Selective Call Rejection.

After logging into ONENumber portal, click on the “Call Manager” tab, then click “Forwarding”:

You will need to perform 3 steps:

  1. Click the red X.It will change to a green checkmark as seen below.This enables the call forwarding service.
  2. Enter in a Number
  3. Click Apply

Recording your Voicemail greeting via phone (ONENumber Preferred and Premium)

This must be done via a phone and cannot be completed at the online site.

  • Using a phone, dial the Voicemail access number: 575-935-0155
  • When prompted, enter your area code and phone number, followed by “#”
  • Enter your PIN number, followed by “#”
  • Press 4 to change mailbox settings
  • When “Greetings” is announced, press “0”
  • Press “1” to change your standard greeting for all calls.

By default, you currently use the system standard greeting:

  • “Subscriber 5759350130 can’t take your call now.At the tone please record your message.When you have finished your recording, hang up or press “#” for further options.
  • If desired, you can leave this prerecorded message as your voicemail greeting.

To replace your regular greeting press “1”

Recording your greeting after the tone, when you have finished, press “#”

  • If it’s OK, press “#”
  • To change, press 0 and begin recording after the tone.
  • To exit voicemail, press “*

Greeting has been saved.

Press “*” to exit or hang up.

Accessing Voicemail via a Phone (ONENumber Preferred and Premium)

Using a phone, dial the Voicemail access number: 575-935-0155

When prompted, enter your area code and phone number, followed by “#”

Enter your PIN number, followed by “#”

  • Press “1” to review your voicemail.
  • After hearing message, press “2” to save
    • To Erase press “3”
    • To Reply press “4:
    • To Leave as new “#”
  • When you are finished listening to messages, click “*” or hang up.

Accessing Voicemail via the Online ONENumber Portal 

After logging in, the Dashboard shows “You have 2 voicemails (2 new)”

Click on the link and you’re taken to the “Messages & Calls” tab shown below:

Click on the  volumn icon to listen to your message, then screen below appears:

Save, delete, or close your message

What SIMring is and how to set it up (ONENumber Preferred and Premium)

SIM Ring (simultaneous ring) is a feature that will ring multiple phone lines at the same time.  Whichever phone answers the ring first will take control of the call. An example would be: “If the ONENumber is called, ring both my cell phone, and my spouse’s cell phone at the same time.”

SIM Ring can also be combined with selective call forwarding to have only the calls you want to receive.

Setting up Find Me / Follow Me (ONENumber Preferred and Premium)

Find-me-follow-me allows you to be easily contacted by ringing several numbers, such as your mobile, home phone and office extension, when someone calls you.

You can set up rules to control the numbers that are included and the order in which these numbers are called; you can have two or more numbers called at the same time.

Note that Find-me-follow-me is activated for a call only if the call is not rejected by any Call Rejection services and is not forwarded through Immediate or Selective Call Forwarding.

Changing your ONENumber Portal Password

Note: to change your password, you must know the current password.If you do not know your password, please contact Customer Support.

Changing Your Voicemail PIN

This can be done via  phone changed  at the online site.

Note: to change your Voicemail PIN, you must know the current PIN.If you do not know your PIN, please contact Customer Support.

Using a  phone, dial the Voicemail access number: 575-935-0155

When prompted, enter your area code and phone number, followed by “#”

Enter your PIN number, followed by “#”

  • To change your mailbox settings, press 4
  • Press # to get to the “Change Pin” option
  • Press “0”
  • To change your pin, Press “1”
  • Enter a new PIN number between 6-16 digits long. Press # when finished.
  • To confirm, please reenter your new PIN
  • Your PIN has now been changed.
  • Press * to exit or hang up.
